Michael J. Griffin, Ed.S comes to FHS with over 15 years experience as an educator; 11yrs as a K-12 Spanish teacher and 5 years as a building administrator. She has assumed the roles of classroom teacher, department chair, class sponsor, associate principal and principal and remains committed to putting students first and encouraging each and every one of them to discover their individual purpose and reach their full potential.
As a parent of three children and an educator of many, she understands that each child is different and has their own unique learning style. Consequently, as the leader of FHS she assure will work diligently to meet the needs of diverse learners.

Fellicia Searles-Powell
Fellicia Searles-Powell, Ed.S., is a dedicated educator with over 20 years of experience teaching science and 4 years of leadership as an educational administrator. Throughout her career, Ms. Powell has been committed to fostering student curiosity and achievement in the classroom, while also supporting the professional growth of teachers and improving school operations in her administrative role.
In addition to her work in education, Ms. Powell is a proud mother of three, balancing her professional life with a strong commitment to her family. Her passion for both education and family drives her to create environments where students and educators alike can thrive.
Casey M. Gregg, M.Ed. has over 24 years experience as an educator; 21.5 yrs as a 9-12 health and physical education teacher and 2.5yrs years as a building administrator. He has served roles of classroom teacher, department chair, coach, interim assistant principal and assistant principal. He remains committed to putting students first and encouraging each and every one of them to discover their individual passion and goals.
As a parent of three children and an educator of many, he understands that each child is unique and has their own learning style. As a leader at FHS, he will work diligently to meet the needs of all individual learners and support the vision of the district.
