Spring is in the air at Ferndale Upper Elementary! The six 3rd grade classes and the Montessori Class have worked on plant songs and planting seeds during Music class again this year. Ms. Hillebrand (Music Specialist) is also the Garden Lead at FUEL and has planted seeds with students outdoors and indoors for years here. Our school garden program and harvest has been celebrated since 2018, and we have been steadily restoring our plots with new soil. We received a generous donation last year from a local business and another five yards from our own PTA! Now we are ready to grow again!!
