Students at the Tri-County Educational Center were invited to a vision board luncheon this week, hosted by Special Education Consultant Andrea Williams and Ferndale Youth Assistance. FYA learned what programs TCEC students would like to see in their school. Students also received a presentation on protecting your wellness and having a vision to empower yourself, decrease stress, and set achievable goals. Andrea Williams said, "The kids were so excited, and their vision boards helped me to see how much talent and promise lives inside of these students." They were even able to put on a cap and gown so that they could visualize themselves graduating.
