On January 12th, our Ferndale Middle School musicians attended a performance of "Too Hot to Handel" at the Detroit Opera House. The performance was a contemporary version of Handel's Messiah, including a fusion of gospel, jazz and classical music, performed by the Rackham Symphony Choir with some of Detroit's best instrumentalists.
