Ferndale Public Schools is honored to invite you to the 35th Annual Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Celebration, proudly sponsored by The Southeast Oakland Coalition. This year’s theme, "Mission Possible: Protecting Freedom, Justice, and Democracy in the Spirit of Non-Violence," calls us to reflect on Dr. King's enduring legacy and its relevance in today’s world.

We are pleased to announce that Superintendent Camille Hibbler has been invited to deliver the keynote address for this year’s celebration. The event will also include the participation of local, county, and state officials, making it a meaningful opportunity to gather as a community to honor Dr. King’s vision and values.
